Hotel Policy-Notes:
All the above rates in Euro currency are per day, per apartment, and on a Room only basis and include all legal taxes.
Our double apartments can accommodate up to 3 persons, while our quad apartments can accommodate up to 6 persons.
Pets are allowed.

Breakfast:
Breakfast is not included in the above rates, as the apartments are fully equipped (with kitchen).
However, breakfast may be served to your room upon request at an extra charge of 8 euro per person.
Transfer service:
Transfers Rates (for 2-3 persons per way with luggage):
Airport 20 euro, Port 30 euro.
Reservation:
To book the apartment, 30% of the total amount should be sent as a deposit.
The easiest way, is to use our online booking system, where you enter your credit card data in a safe environment.
Alternatively, you may send us a fax, writing your credit card's data (Name, Exp.date, Card No) and authorizing Prekas Nikolaos to charge your card the corresponding amount.
Acceptable credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Also you may use money transfer through the following e-wallets: Paypal, Moneybookers, Neteller,.

Cancellation of a reservation:
Cancellations made for any reasons will result to cancellation fees.
Cancelation fees vary according to season:
Low-Middle Season 1/5 - 15/7 & 16/9 - 31/10
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
High Season 16/7-15/9
If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds:
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children are charged as adults (price is included into the online booking system).
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
